Director of Real Estate Department

Responsibilities

Financial modeling for project development and operating budgets,
Manage and maintain relationships with landlords, owners, and developers within assigned region,
Assemble project development teams, and manage vendor contracts (architectural, environmental, engineering, etc.),
Hold primary responsibility for multiple projects, with responsibility for other aspects of Office developments at the same time,
Manage assigned work packages through defined development milestones,
Knowlegde about real estate,
Coordinate external consultant teams that are working on the relevant aspects of the development,
Ensure compliance with defined development objectives and milestones and report any critical issues to Management,
Assist with the compilation of business plans and reports against established financial paramters,
Coordinate with project team on the production of the relevant documentation and secure any necessary approvals to proceed with the development,
Assist with the production of project development briefs with explicit objectives, roles & responsibilities, program and deliverables,
Collaborate with the in-house marketing and sales teams to ensure agreed strategy is implemented and targets are achieved, including review of all marketing materials,
May also undertake other general or specific responsibilities, according to business needs.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

University degree preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering is also acceptable,
Up to 7 years minimum prior relevant experience,
Experience in project management of high-end residential and possibly mixed-use,
Full knowledge and understanding of all stages in the private sector of the project delivery process,
Track record of delivering or advising on complex project management and development works,
Experience in leading projects from design through to construction stages,
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
